Responsibility:

• Responsible for service calls, including but not limited to callouts and maintenance, and quotes for both.

• Provide guidance and insight to upper management.

• Liaise with clients, sales and staff timeously.

• Assist with quotations derived from callouts and maintenance sites.

• Upselling of degraded sites.

• Provide/schedule adequate training to staff and clients.

• Delegate responsibilities to callout and maintenance staff.

• Review all work produced by callout and maintenance staff.

• Allocation of resources to callout and maintenance staff.

• Conduct performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and give feedback and recommendations for promotions and salary increases of callout and maintenance staff.

• Motivate callout and maintenance staff.

• Set and maintain technical standards and standard operating procedures.

• Request and attend training to keep abreast of latest technologies.

• Provide remote support to clients and staff.

• Escalate problems with supplier and take ownership.

Candidate:

• Proven experience with access control, CCTV and networking.

• Must have valid driver’s licence.

• Must be PSIRA registered (or in the process of obtaining).
