Responsibility:

Reporting directly to the head of sales, the sales consultant will be responsible for the growth of the business in Gauteng.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Own lead generation through existing networks and cold calling.

• In-person and online meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the DeepAlert system and the value proposition.

• Arranging Proofs of Concept for clients and managing the process through coordination with the DeepAlert technical team.

• Negotiating pricing and contracts with clients.

• Providing feedback from clients to the DeepAlert Client Services department.

• Reporting on sales activities and performance per company policy.

Candidate:

• 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales in the CCTV/surveillance industry.

• A proven track record of excellent sales.

• Existing network of clients in the surveillance industry.

• An in-depth understanding of the sales processes in the SaaS sales environment.

• General technical knowledge of CCTV products and systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work independently.

• Able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment.

• Committed to providing excellent customer service.

• Prepared to travel extensively (within Gauteng).
