Responsibility:

The core of the position entails the following but is not limited to:

Customer interaction – either face to face or telephonically offering technical support and advice wherever needed in both our alarm and CCTV arenas.

Client product training.

Staff product training.

Assisting the sales team to close deals by attending client meetings with the sales executive.

Understanding opposition and their products.

Customer training (introduction and advanced sessions) on a regular basis.

Candidate:

We are looking for a smart, well presented, fast learning individual who understands and has worked with various brands of alarm panels (doing installations and programming) with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience.

Simultaneously, you will also have worked with the various CCTV brands and products doing remote setups, installations and troubleshooting any problems with AHD and IP.
