Responsibility:

Provide technical support on IDS security and CCTV products to all the Gauteng branch clients and sales teams.

Deal with people and solve product related problems.

Train clients and IDS sales staff.

Perform site inspections and provide correct solutions.

Communicate effectively and accurately with people at all levels.

Offer telephonic support to clients after hours.

Train and up-skill sales staff on all products and focusing on new products.

Work with customers resolving issues on site with clear documentation of all site calls.

Clear and accurate reporting on all technical enquiries received from sales representatives and customers.

Training material on all products to be kept current and abreast of market trends.

Training of customers and staff.

Complete site report forms for customer and Inhep evaluation.

Complete new product evaluations.

Candidate:

Grade 12/matric certificate.

A+ and N+ certification would be to your advantage.

Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.

General IT and networking knowledge.

Excellent problem solving skills.

Should demonstrate ability to run with a variety of tasks.

Ability to work independently and achieve results without supervision.

Good at building relationships with clients.

Be presentable and be able to communicate clearly.

Willing to work extended working hours when required.

Willing to travel locally.
