Responsibility:• Maintain current networking infrastructure. • Implement, plan, design and document new networking infrastructure. • Identify, troubleshoot, resolve and report network problems/incidents. • Desktop support. • Server room and server maintenance. • Documentation and reporting. • Develop and enhance network supplier relationship. Candidate:• Relevant IT/networking qualifications. • 5 years’ Mikrotik experience (MTCNA). • LAN/WAN/fibre/wireless experience. • Strong troubleshooting skills. • Immix knowledge is advantageous. • Expert networking skills. • Strong communication skills. • Strong reporting skills. • Take ownership of technical problems. • Self-starter and self-motivated. • Be available for standby duty. • Be able to work in a high-pace, high-risk environment. • Valid driver’s licence. |
