Technical engineer


Product planning and development: Responsible for collecting industry development trends and market product data for the South African market.

Conduct product competitiveness analysis and output product market analysis reports.

Collect product requirements on the market side and feed back to the R&D team for product customisation development.

Regular product roadmap planning for overseas markets.

Product planning and promotion: Responsible for establishing and improving the product system, refining product selling points, formulating product promotion goals, and monitoring and managing product promotion in the regional market.

Product pricing and management: Responsible for formulating product pricing strategies and sales prices. Manage sales forecasting demands, strategic material stocking requirements and conduct product sales life cycle management.

Product technical support: Responsible for product technical support for regional key projects and customers; guide and assist in product selection, project bidding and other key tasks.


Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in computers, electronics or communication.

More than 5 years’ experience in the CCTV industry.

Marketing analysis and product planning experience.

Excellent leadership and team work.

Branch administrator/manager


General admin/filing duties.

Stock control.

Assist customers with sales and queries.

Coordinate all customer complaints with relevant department head.

Liaise and coordinate deliveries with other branches.

Petty cash bank account control and reconciliation.

Profit-and-loss balance sheets and banking.

Oversee sales department, ensuring reports are done and sent to headquarter, call log monitoring, etc.

Drive sales.

Manage staff effectively.


Qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of Grade 12 is essential.

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position

• Preference will be given to administration qualifications.

• Preference will be given to accounting qualifications.

• High computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Pastel).

• Pastel Partner experience.


• Strong, proven administration skills.

• Strong planning and control skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time.

• Attention to detail in all departments.

• Strong coordinating skills as well as internal engagement between branches.

• Analytical.

• Strive for customer service.

Remuneration: R15 000 - R20 000
