Responsibility:Manage the process and booking in of customer repairs. The candidate will then ensure repairs are inspected by in-house technical staff, repairs quoted and accepted, then invoiced and return shipped in an efficient and professional manner. The position also includes keeping track of customer repairs, keeping customers informed throughout the process and liaising with the technical department to ensure no delays in the repair process. Candidate:• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of office experience, preferably with some reception experience, and must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. • Any knowledge of computer accounting packages would also be useful. • The candidate will be dealing directly with customers in front-of-house and is expected to be neat and well spoken. • English and Afrikaans literacy preferred. |
