Responsibility:

Key activities include but are not limited to:

• Forecast monthly product, revenue and margin.

• Monitor customer prospects, projected and actual sales, opposition activity, pricing, and product specifications.

• Actively arrange customer launches and demonstrations.

• Monitor stock requirements, stock availability as well as calculating cost comparisons for customers.

• Analyse and monitor the purchase activities of your customer portfolio.

• Monitor sales trends in the industry as well as amongst customers.

• Visit clients regularly to promote our product offerings.

• Provide exceptional customer service excellence, focusing on the retention and churning of customers.

Candidate:

• 5 or more years’ experience as a Key Accounts Manager.

• Industry knowledge is advantageous.

• Must have worked with tenders, including the compiling and submission thereof

• Target driven.

• Customer centric.

• Solid understanding of budgets.

• Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
