Partner manager for alarm solutions

Responsibility:

Olarm is looking for a permanent, full-time channel manager to lead the company’s sales efforts. The channel manager’s role is to:

• Execute on sales tactics and strategy in line with the company’s strategy and objectives in your region.

• Assist with the development of an appropriate sales strategy.

• Utilise CRM tools and mailing lists in conjunction with the marketing team.

• Generate leads and sales for armed response, installer and enterprise customers.

• Ensure that Olarm’s sales tactics and plans stay current and relevant.

• Review analytics on a regular basis and adapt accordingly.

• Report progress to senior management team.

• Identify opportunities where Olarm can increase exposure.

• Report on quarterly targets.

• On-board and increase the sales of Olarm products and services in the allocated areas and regions.

Candidate:

• Applicants must have prior experience in external sales, account management and business development selling to the security industry (such as armed response companies) in South Africa.

• Proven experience in sales, account management and business development.

• Proven experience in leading a sales team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with CRM tools.

• Experience in the technology and/or security industries would be advantageous.

Remuneration: Negotiable
